Wasp Nest Treatment need not be expensive, unless you allow yourself to be conned into believing that every type of wasp nest treatment is different and uses different equipment and chemicals, this is incorrect, the white powder if used, has the base chemical (bendiocarb) for all wasp nest treatments regarding of variety of wasp.
Small to medium sized nest (upto a large black bin bag size) treated for £45.00 Anything larger than a large Black Bin Bag is to be charged accordingly upto a maximum price of £75.00 with a reduction in costs for every nest thereafter treated at the same time and at the same property, these will be charged at £25 per nest, (up to a 20 mile radius from Burton Upon Trent, the reduction in price applies to non commercial properties only) a surcharge may apply after this distance.
We carry out wasp nest treatments 7 days a week at no extra cost to you.
There is no reason why wasps and hornet prices should vary much above our charges, we have worked out a fair price and will not charge anymore, all treatments use the same chemicals and can be treated in the same manner, do not listen to any scare mongering companies and don`t be bullied into paying more than is necessary.
We also carry out an Emergency treatment for wasp and hornet invasion into property (within our normal working times) whereby we can treat the wasps etc and fumigate them to have an instant knock down, but the room/s will have to be evacuated for minimum 1 hour after treatment. This cost is £95.00 fixed price up to a normal 3 bedroom sized property or small office areas.
All of our wasp nest treatment prices are at a fixed price per visit / treatment.
Please note that in order to keep our wasp nest treatments at competitive rates, and due to increasing costs of fuel and materials etc. Combined with time wasters who have pest problems but do not have us carry out the work. We have been forced to make a £25.00 charge for visits where advice only is required, If however we carry out any work, there will be no callout charge applied.
Wasp nest removal will take place if the nest is easily accessible and is causing a nuisance.
However it is generally advisable that where possible the nest is left alone after treatment so that any returning wasps can carry the chemicals further into the nest ensuring that the nest dies faster.
If the nest is removed, often the worker wasps will rebuild the nest, however there will be no queen to the nest and so the number of wasps will not increase, just the size of the empty nest.
If this happens and we are called back after the original nest has been removed, there will a full charge for the wasp nest treatment/removal.
